Please Review The Following Information Before Scheduling A Ride

Current Business Hours:

Monday – Sunday 6:00am – 7:15pm

As of now, we will be open for every major holiday except for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Important Scheduling Information

When scheduling your appointment, you will see that each ride has a one-hour window. Please select the timeframe that you want to be picked up and dropped off.

Scheduling Example

If you need to be at work by 8:00 am, then you would select the 7:00 am – 8:00 am timeframe. We will make sure that we pick you up and drop you off within the selected time frame. 

Maximum Distance

Until we are able to expand our business and get more transit vehicles, we can not travel further than 25 miles. This is to make sure we have more than enough time to pick you up and drop you off in the designated time frame that you selected.

Communication

Please make sure your contact information is accurate. When our drivers are on the way to you, we will send out a text message to the number that you provided. This will give you time to get prepared before we arrive. 

Canceling or Rescheduling

You are responsible for rescheduling or canceling at least 24 hours before your pick-up time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your ride request on the day of your ride, there will be a fee for canceling or rescheduling.

Need Special Assistance?

Our World Class Transit Drivers are NOT required to leave the vehicle for ANY reason. If you need special assistance getting on the vehicle, please contact us using the “contact us” form to let us know!

Please Be Ready!

Please make sure you are outside when your pick-up time window arrives.

Pick-Up Procedures

Our drivers are required to press the horn two times immediately after arrival. After the two courtesy horns, our drivers are instructed to press the horn one time for every minute that passes. After three minutes, our drivers are instructed to drive off. This is to ensure that our other passengers make it to their destination on time.

More Information On Our Waiting Policy

Please do not come outside and tell our driver to wait longer. After 3 minutes our drivers are instructed to drive off to the next passenger’s pick-up spot. If our driver is ahead of schedule then the driver may wait a few extra minutes, but that decision is fully up to the driver.

During The Ride

Please make sure you are in your seat for the entire duration of the ride. Seat belts must be worn while the vehicle is in motion. There are a couple more rules that must be followed. These include: 

  1. No loud music
  2. No fighting
  3. No smoking or vaping
  4. No littering 
  5. No drinks without a lid

Failure to follow the rules can result in you getting removed from the vehicle and/or banned from using our service in the future.

Cleaning Fee

If you spill any drinks, food, or anything that will stain the seats or floor, you will be charged a cleaning fee. You will be charged once we review the camera footage to confirm the incident.

Security

To ensure the safety of everyone, there will be two cameras in the van that will show both angles of the van. There will also be a dash cam for the driver.

Drop-Off Procedure

Once the driver arrives at your destination, please gather all of your belongings and exit the van in a timely fashion. If you need assistance with exiting, please reach out to us beforehand so we can be ready to accommodate you!

Refund Policy

All sales are final after we leave your pick-up location. No refunds will be issued to anyone who misses their pick-up time. Refunds will only be issued if we are at fault for the delay or missing of your ride request.

Clean Vehicle 

We truly care about the cleanliness and quality of our vehicles. Each day the vehicle is cleaned two times. This includes seat wipe-downs, seat sanitizing, and vacuuming the floor.
